Varying levels of support, designed to fit your needs.
Program Owner
What. An embedded team member to build something new from the ground up, then set it up to run without me.
When. For when you’re launching a new experience, service, or program, and the path isn’t fully mapped yet. I’ll take ownership, work alongside your team, and leave behind playbooks and systems so it can be handed off.
How long. A few months to a year or more.
Freelance Strategist
What. A project-based strategist who owns a pre-defined piece of work, from research to vision, execution, and iteration.
When. For when you know what needs to happen but don’t have the bandwidth or expertise in-house. I can plug in at whichever moment or phase you need. Good for agencies that need someone for an upcoming project.
How long. A few weeks to a few months.
Provocateur
What. A fast and focused outside perspective on where the opportunities are and how to move forward. Usually in the form of a trend or opportunity report.
When. For when your team is stuck and needs a fresh POV.
How long. A few days to a couple of weeks.
Facilitator
What. Workshops that get the right people in the room to align on what matters, envision something together, and leave with a plan.
When. For when stakeholders see the problem differently, a big decision is stalled, or you're kicking off something new and need everyone pointed the same way. Think kick-off workshops, vision sessions, design sprints, and offsites.
How long. Once or as a multi-week series.
Advisor
What. Private sessions with an experienced strategist to help your team make sharper decisions without adding headcount.
When. For when your team is capable and moving along but needs a boost of outside expertise. Good for companies without a strategy lead yet.
How long. Single session or ongoing weekly sessions.
